Mos text message program

Last updated: 16 September 2026

What the program is

Mos is an AI health partner you talk to by text message. When you give us your mobile number and agree to be contacted, Mos sends you a first message and then continues the conversation with you by text — answering what you ask, and checking in from time to time.

Who can join

US mobile numbers only. You must be the account holder for the number you give us, or have the account holder's permission to sign it up.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies — it depends on your conversation with Mos and on what you have asked it to follow up on. Message and data rates may apply, according to your plan with your mobile carrier. Mos does not charge you for the messages themselves.

Stopping

Reply STOP at any time and Mos stops messaging you. Reply START to turn messages back on, and HELP for help. You can also ask Mos to stop in your own words, or email us at support@moshealth.com.

Consent is not a condition of purchase

Agreeing to receive these messages is not a condition of buying anything from Mos.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and is not guaranteed.

What Mos is, and is not

Mos gives you information and support. It is not a doctor, it does not diagnose or treat, and it does not replace your care team. If something feels urgent, contact them or call 911.

Your information
