Here's what happens next

If you can send a text, you already know how to use Mos.

Message Mos the way you already text a friend — in your own words, whenever it suits you. There are no menus to learn and nothing to set up.

Small steps. Real progress.

It fits the day you have

Mos doesn't hand you a program to follow. It learns your days — the appointments, the tired afternoons, the stretches when things go well — and suggests one small thing at a time, at a moment that makes sense for you.

For example, Mos might text: Packed day, I know. No gym needed — a ten-minute walk after your 3pm call still counts.

Good weeks and hard weeks both count

Nothing resets when you miss a day. There's no streak to break and no one to disappoint. Mos picks up where you left off, because health doesn't move in a straight line and a plan that assumes it does was never going to hold.

For example, Mos might text: A rough week is allowed. Nothing's lost. Want to pick one small thing for tomorrow?

You won't have to repeat yourself

Mos remembers what you've told it — your conditions, what you've already tried, what your week looks like. You're not explaining your history again to someone meeting you for the first time.

For example, Mos might text: You said evenings are the hard part. Want to try a cup of tea at 8 tonight and see how it feels?

Have recent blood work? Text a photo or the PDF and Mos will walk you through what it means, in plain language.

Before you leave your number

Is Mos a real person?

No. Mos is an AI health partner, and it says so in its very first text. It reads what you send, remembers what matters to you, and writes back in plain language whenever you text it. It isn't a doctor and doesn't replace your care team.

Is it really free?

Trying Mos is free, and it never asks for a card to start. With no card on file, nothing can be charged automatically. If you'd like to keep going after your trial, you decide then.

What will it text me about?

Whatever matters to you — your weight, your sleep, your energy, a blood test you'd like explained. It checks in now and then at sensible times, and you can ask it to text you more or less.

How do I stop?

Reply STOP at any time and the texts stop. Reply HELP if you need a hand.

Do I need an iPhone?

No. On an iPhone, Mos talks over iMessage. On Android, it texts you as an ordinary text message.

You don't have to be the best version of yourself. You can simply be well.

No matter where you're starting from — one small step at a time.

It starts with one text.
